All shipments are delivered via UPS (United Parcel Service) based on weight and box sizes. Infant Play Yards ships in a box that is 20x20x30 and weighs approximatly 14 lbs. Infant Support Chair ships in a box that is 18x14x14 and weighs approximately 6 lbs.NEXT DAY DELIVERY
At this moment, we do not offer the Next Day Delivery optionORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES
We currently do not ship outside of the United State.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase Grandmas Babies would be happy to accept a return
Items may be returned within 15 days after you receive the item
Items must be returned to us in new, unused condition, and be in the original packaging, with all tags attached
Shipping fees are non-refundable
All sales become final 15 days after you receive the item(s)
HOW TO RETURN
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. However if you wish to return an item, please follow the following steps
- Fill out the return slip included
- Place merchandise, and the slip in the shipped box
- Ship your item back to the address for Grandmas Babies printed on the return slip
We recommend that you send your package in a manner that is trackable (i.e. UPS, Fed Ex, USPS with delivery confirmation) to ensure receipt of your return.
We are not responsible for shipping charges for returns
We will notify you via email when your return is processed and your refund issued. It typically takes one to two weeks to process a return and issue a refund once we receive your item(s)
